Bhubaneswar: The Shramik Special trains have completed 200 runs to bring more than three lakh Odia migrants stranded in different parts of the country due to COVID-19 lockdown to Odisha, according to a tweet of the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO).

It also said that with coordinated effort and planning, the returnees are screened for symptoms, provided food and sent to their home districts to undergo mandatory quarantine.

To keep the coronavirus at bay, the CMO has advised the people to take care of themselves and their family members and stay indoors. It has also appealed to strictly follow the COVID guidelines by wearing masks, maintain at least 2-metre distance between two persons and wash the hands with soap after returning to the house.
