Mumbai: Pakistani actress Mawra Hocane, who became a popular face in India after starring in Bollywood film ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’, is coming up with a music video ‘Tu Chaand Hai.’
Mawra has collaborated with ‘Tera Ban Jaunga’ (Kabir Singh)’ fame singer Akhil Sachdeva for her musical video debut.
Sung by Akhil, the music has been composed by Anmol Daniel and the lyrics are by Noor.
Announcing her upcoming project, Mawra took to her social media handle and shared, “Tu Chaand Hai—a special one from us to you. So excited to share this beautiful melody with you all, sung by the most talented Akhil Sachdeva. I can’t wait for you to hear it.”
Sharing how music videos have always fascinated her, she added, “Tu Chaand Hai is pure magic, and working with the team has been an incredible experience. I can’t wait for my fans to see this beautiful journey unfold.”

Mawra also confirmed that her music video, by the record label Novice Records, will release on April 4.
Describing the song ‘Tu Chaand Hai’ as a special one for him, Sachdeva said that Mawra’s presence in the music video makes it even more magical.
Mawra and Harshvardhan Rane starrer ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’ re-released in Indian theatres to an overwhelming response.
Thanking her fans for their support and love, the actress wrote, “STK re-releasing is a testament to the fact that “waqt se pehle or naseeb se zyaada nahi mil sakta’—I’m so grateful for the love you’ve all poured in for the last 3 weeks… it’s unheard of… they’re saying we’ve made history.”
