Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has appointed senior OAS officer Pinaki Pattnaik as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to Chief Secretary Anu Garg.
He was serving as Additional Secretary, SD & TE Department-cum-OSD to the Chairman, Odisha Skill
Development Authority, Bhubaneswar.
The order was issued by the General Administration department, coinciding with the superannuation of Suresh Chandra Das, who was serving as Principal Private Secretary to the Chief Secretary, on Tuesday.
