Bhubaneswar: Priyanshu Pal topped the Odisha Civil Services (OCS) Examination-2023, the results of which were published by Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) on Friday.
A total of 389 candidates, including 144 women, have cleared the test, securing their place in the merit list.
While Pal led the merit list, Ananya Mishra bagged the second position and third rank was secured by Sovan Pattanaik. Ananya is the lone woman in the top ten successful candidates.
The top 10 rank holders are as follows:

- Sovan Pattanaiк
- Mirza Faiz Ahmed Quadri
- Chinmaya Sahu
- Antim Swain
- Shailesh Kumar Bhoi
- Monommad Nazif Hatif
- Chinmaya Kumar Padhi
- Milan Mohapatra
The examination process included Main (Written) tests in April–May 2025 and Personality Tests in September 2025.
The candidature of all selected candidates remains provisional, subject to verification of original certificates by the appointing authorities, the OPSC said, while advising to visit http://opsc.gov.in.
With this, nearly 400 new officers will soon join the state administration, strengthening governance across Odisha.
