New Delhi: Farmers protesting against the three farm laws on Wednesday announced a four-hour nationwide rail blockade on February 18 and a candle march on February 14 in memory of the 2019 Pulwama terrorist attack victims.

The Samyukta Kisan Morcha (SKM) further stated that toll collection will be stopped in Rajasthan from February 12, reported PTI.

Farmer unions decided at a meeting to escalate their agitation, which started at various border points of Dedlhi on November 26, 2020.

“There will be a ‘rail roko’ programme across the country from 12 noon to 4 pm on February 18,” SKM said.

On February 6, the farmers had staged a three-hour road blockade across the country.
