Bhubaneswar: Rain Coupled with thunder and lightning is likely to lash Bhubaneswar and Kataka cities on Wednesday afternoon, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said in a nowcast warning.
In a message issued at 2 pm, the IMD sounded a yellow warning for the two cities for next three hours. Light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning may occur in these two cities during the period.

People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather for worsening conditions and plan accordingly for their safety.
