Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Saturday issued a nowcast warning for five Odisha districts till 6.25 pm.
Light to moderate rain/thunderstorm with lightning is likely in some parts of Balasore, Jajpur, Dhenkanal, Khurda (including Bhubaneswar) and Cuttack (including Cuttack city) during the next 3 hours.

People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strikes.
