Here’s what happened

Vivek Ravi Raman, the owner of Festivina Music Festival, claimed that the dispute erupted after the cancellation of a music festival titled Yo Yo Honey Singh 3.0 by Festivina on April 15 at MMRDA Grounds in BKC. The complainant alleged kidnap and assault by the singer and his team members, India Today reported.

According to Raman, on the day of the event, he visited the venue and had an argument over non-payment. Following the tiff, he decided to call off the event. In his complaint, he alleged that following the cancellation, the Punjabi singer and his crew got very upset and angry and allegedly attacked him.  Raman has also stated in his complaint that he was kidnapped and taken to JW Marriott, Sahar, Mumbai by the singer and his team, where he was physically assaulted, which resulted in him getting badly hurt, the report added.
