Mumbai: Actress Raveena Tandon’s daughter Rasha Thadani will soon be making her Tollywood debut alongside actor South star Mahesh Babu’s nephew.
Directed by Ajay Bhupathi and backed by Gemini Kiran under the banner of Chandamama Kathalu Pictures, the project has been tentatively titled #AB4.
The announcement poster of the film featured Rasha in a black sleeveless top and blue denim, posing against a motorcycle.
Sharing her excitement, Rasha penned on her Instagram handle, “New beginnings, endless gratitude! Mee andariki prema tho, I’m stepping into Telugu cinema. After her Bollywood debut opposite Azaad, Rasha is preparing for her second release, ‘Laikey Laikaa’, alongside Abhay Verma.
Helmed by Saurabh Gupta, ‘Laikey Laikaa’ is apparently a romantic entertainer, which is likely to hit theatres in 2026.
In the announcement video of the film, Rasha is heard saying, “Get ready with me for something very special.”
“She’s the chaos. He’s the calm. Or is it the other way around? Get ready for #LaikeyLaikaa in theatres, Summer 2026!”, the caption read.
Speaking about his next, Abhay said, “Laikey and Laikaa is a story about two people caught up in a different world.”
