New Delhi: Senior Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury has demanded the immediate release of Rhea Chakraborty after a panel of doctors in AIIMS Delhi said Sushant Singh Rajput’s death was a case of suicide, not murder.
Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea was arrested by Narcotics Control Bureau last month in a drugs case related to the actor’s death case.
Baharampur MP Chowdhury had said earlier that Rhea has been “falsely implicated” and also claimed she was a victim of “political conspiracy”.

Chowdhury once again took to Twitter to call for the “innocent” actor’s release without further harassment.
Rhea has been behind bars since September 8 for procuring and consuming drugs, as revealed through WhatsApp chats.
