Rourkela: The COVID-19 tally in Sundargarh district touched 760 with 10 more persons testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.
Among them, nine are returnees from outside the state/district and the remaining one is a symptomatic local contact case, the district administration tweeted.

Two among these cases are from Rourkela, where 14-day complete lockdown will be enforced from Friday 9 am. Chief Secretary Asit Tripathy on Thursday said that 90 per cent of total cases in Sundargarh has been reported from Rourkela.
With one death and 583 recoveries, Sundargarh now has 174 active cases.
