Bhubaneswar: Coldwave to severe coldwave conditions are likely over some districts of Odisha during the next two-three days, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said in its midday bulletin on Tuesday.
“Northwesterly/ northerly dry and cold wind at lower levels penetrating over Odisha and under its influence isolated coldwave to severe coldwave with isolated cold day conditions very likely over some parts of interior and coastal districts during the next two-three days,” the IMD said in its 1 pm bulletin.
Otherwise, it forecast dry weather in the state.
There will be no large change in minimum temperature (night temperature) during the next three days and, thereafter, there will be a gradual rise by 2-3 degrees Celsius.
