Cuttack: Panic gripped the Millennium City after severed head of a child was recovered from a garbage dump near Sishu Bhawan on Friday.
According to sources, a few locals spotted the head of the child near the Treasury Office and informed police.
Later, police reached the spot and sent it for postmortem. Further investigation is on.
