Puri: Noted sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik on Wednesday created a 6 ft high sand sculpture, using 5 tonnes of sand, on Puri sea beach as a tribute to Armed Forces for Operation Sindoor.
Students of his sand art institution helped him complete the sculpture, which shows how Sindoor turned into strength to eliminate the enemy, with ‘Operation Sindoor, ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ and ‘Justice Served’ written in bold.
“…The whole world is watching how our nation has eliminated terrorism…Our jawans have avenged the killings of innocent people. Through my sand art, I salute our jawans who contributed to ‘Operation Sindoor’. I extend my gratitude to PM Modi and the government…” the Padma awardee told the media.
