Bhubaneswar: Sukanta Kumar Panda has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) for a period of one year to work as Public Relations Officer (PRO) to the Chief Minister with effect from July 1.
He had retired as Deputy Director (Ex-PRO to Odisha CM), a post he has served for a period of 14 years.
