Nayagarh: The COVID-19 tally in Nayagarh district touched 1259 on Thursday with an overnight addition of 56 new cases.
According to the district administration, all 56 new cases reported in the last 24 hours are local contacts.

The highest of 20 cases are from Odagaon block followed by 19 from Ranapur.

With eight and 692 recoveries, Nayagarh now has 557 active cases.
