Jalhandar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday again warned Pakistan against any misadventure while addressing Indian Air Force personnel and soldiers at the Adampur airbase in Punjab.

“The enemy has now realised the consequences of removing “sindoor” from the forehead of our women. India’s ‘Laxman Rekha’ against terrorism is crystal clear now. Operation Sindoor is the new normal and India has spelt out three principles against terrorism. Terror attacks will attract action at a time and place of our choosing. We won’t succumb to Nuclear blackmail. Our reply won’t differentiate between government-sponsored terrorism and terror masterminds. Hum ghar mein ghus kar maarenge aur bachne ka ek mauka tak nahi denge. (We will enter their homes and strike, and we won’t even give them a chance to escape.),” he thundered with an S-400 launcher and a Sukhoi fighter jet in the background demonstrating the power of India’s air defence.

It also belied Pakistan’s claim that its JF-17 Thunder jets destroyed India’s S-400 air defence system in Adampur using hypersonic missiles, as part of its ‘Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos’.

Modi lauded the forces for the decisive action to deal with Pakistani attack and destroying Pakistan terror camps. “India’s army, navy and air force have made the Pakistani military bite the dust. Only a professional military can strike at targets with such precision. The terrorists have now realised, you try to attack us and the result would be their destruction… massive destruction. Rattled with Operation Sindoor, the enemy attempted to attack air bases in India multiple times, but failed to inflict damage to any of our defence infrastructure. Our defence systems like Akash, S-400 have provided a formidable protection to our air bases,” he asserted.

Apart from manpower, the coordination of machines was amazing during Operation Sindoor, he said.

The Prime Minister further stated that the enemy, trespassed into India like cowards, but forgot that they had challenged the ‘Hind Ki Sena’ and soon had to scurry for cover. “When our drones destroy the walls of the enemy’s fort, when our missiles reach the target with a whizzing sound, the enemy hears ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’. When we light up the sun even at night, the enemy sees ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’. When our armies blow away the threat of nuclear blackmail, then only one thing resonates from the sky- ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’. You didn’t only demolish the terror bases and Pakistan air bases, you also demolished their evil intentions. They will have sleepless nights because of our drones, missiles. All of you have made millions of Indians proud, have made every Indian’s mother proud, you have created history, and I have come among you this morning to see you…” he said during his surprise visit to the airbase.

Modi also praised the forces for responding to Pakistan without harming their civilian aircraft, which the enemy used as shields. “You have proved that you are very good at new age warfare. After Pakistan’s plea, we have just paused our military action. If they try to attack us, we will respond appropriately according to our terms,” he added.
