The Bhubaneswar Meteorological Centre has forecast thunderstorm with lightning and light to moderate rain with gusty surface wind reaching 30-40 kmph at one or two places in Nayagarh, Kalahandi, Balangir, Nuapada, Sonepur, Boudh and Bargarh districts between 8 am to 12 pm on Monday.
