Bhubaneswar: The East Coast Railway (ECoR) on Saturday announced cancellation or short-termination of some trains owing to safety-related modernisation work to be carried out at Puri Railway Station Yard. The train services to be affected between September 14 and 24 are as follows:
Cancelled:
1) Train No. 12882/12881 Puri-Howrah-Puri Bi-weekly Express from Puri on 17.09.2018, 19.09.2018 & 24.09.2018 and from Howrah on 18.09.2018, 20.09.2018 & 25.09.2018.
2) Train No.22883/22884 Puri-Yesvantpur-Puri Grib Rath Express from Puri on 14.09.2018 & 21.09.2018 and from Yesvantpur on 15.09.2018 & 22.09.2018.
3) Train No. 22859/22860 Puri-Chennai Central (MAS)-Puri Express from Puri on 16.09.2018 & 23.09.2018 and from Chennai Central (MAS) on 17.09.2018 & 24.09.2018.
4) Train No. 18405/18406 Puri-Ahmedabad-Puri Express leaving Puri on 12.09.2018 & 19.09.2018 and from Ahmedabad on 14.09.2018 & 21.09.2018.
5) Train No. 12888/12887 Puri-Howrah-Puri Express from Puri on 16.09.2018 & 23.09.2018 and Howrah-Puri Express from Howrah on 17.09.2018 & 24.09.2018.

12) Train No.58131/58132 Rourkela-Puri- Rourkela Passenger leaving Rourkela from 14.09.2018 to 24.09.2018 (11 days) and Leaving Puri from 15.09.2018 to 25.09.2018 (11 days).
13) Train No. 58403/58404 Khurda Road-Puri-Khurda Road Passenger & 58409-58410 Khurda Road-Puri-Khurda Road Passenger leaving Khurda Road & Puri from 14.09.2018 to 24.09.2018 (11 days).
14) Train No. 58431/58432 Khurda Road-Nayagarh Town- Khurda Road Passenger leaving Khurda Road & Nayagarh Town from 14.09.2018 to 24.09.2018 (11 days).
Short-Terminated
1) Train No. 12277 Howrah-Puri Shatabdi Express leaving Howrah from 14.09.2018 to 24.09.2018 will run up to Bhubaneswar except on 15.09.2018 & 22.09.2018 (Saturday). Similarly, Train No. 12278 Puri-Howrah Shatabdi Express will originate from Bhubaneswar instead of Puri from 16.09.2018 to 25.09.2018 except on 15.09.2018 & 22.09.2018 (Saturday).
2) Train No. 12821 Howrah-Puri Express leaving from Howrah will run up to Bhubaneswar and in return direction Train No. 12822 Puri-Howrah Express will originate from Bhubaneswar instead of Puri. The service of this Train between Bhubaneswar-Puri-Bhubaneswar will be cancelled from 13.09.2018 to 24.09.2018.
3) Train No.18303 Sambalpur-Puri Intercity Express leaving from Sambalpur will run up to Khurda Road and in return direction Train No. 18304 Puri-Sambalpur Intercity Express will start from Khurda Road instead of Puri. The service of this Train between Khurda Road-Puri-Khurda Road will be cancelled from 14.09.2018 to 24.09.2018.
4) Train No. 17480 Tirupati-Puri Express leaving from Tirupati on 14.09.2018, 15.09.2018, 17.09.2018, 18.09.2018, 19.09.2018, 21.09.2018 & 22.09.2018 (07 days) will run upto Khurda Road and in return direction Train No. 17479 Puri-Tirupati Express on 15.09.2018, 16.09.2018, 18.09.2018, 19.09.2018, 20.09.2018, 22.09.2018 & 23.09.2018 (07 days) will originate from Khurda Road instead of Puri. The service of this Train between Khurda Road-Puri-Khurda Road will be cancelled from 14.09.2018 to 24.09.2018.
5) Train No. 58001 Howrah-Puri Passenger leaving from Howrah will run upto Khurda Road and in return direction Train No. 58002 Puri-Howrah Passenger will start from Khurda Road to Santragachhi. The Service of this Train between Khurda-Puri-Khurda Road will be cancelled from 14.09.2018 to 24.09.2018.
6) Train No. 58413 Talcher–Puri Passenger leaving Talcher will run up to Bhubaneswar and in return direction Train No. 58414 Passenger wills start from Bhubaneswar. The service of this Train between Bhubaneswar-Puri-Bhubaneswar will be cancelled from 14.09.2018 to 24.09.2018.
7) Train No. 58418 Gunupur-Puri Passenger leaving Gunupur from 19.09.2018 to 24.09.2018 will run up to Palasa and will run as 58417 Puri-Gunupur Passenger from Palasa to Gunupur.
8) Train No. 58417 Puri-Gunupur Passenger will originate from Palasa instead of Puri. The service of this Train will be cancelled from Puri to Palasa from 20.09.2018 to 25.09.2018.
