Nayagarh: Two persons died when they were struck by lightning at Dihagan village in Nayagarh district on Wednesday morning.
The deceased have been identified as Ashalata Sahu and Udayanath Pradhan.
Sources said that the deceased had gone outside for work when lightning struck them. They were rushed to the Community Health Centre (CHC) at Daspalla where the doctors pronounced them as brought dead.
