Bhubaneswar: Amid twists and turns to social activist Aditya Dash’s mysterious death, a video has surfaced in which he can be seen sharing food with his alleged ex-lover Chinmayee Mahapatra.
According to sources, the video was shot when Chinmayee had once visited the ashram run by Dash. She earlier claimed to have met his twice in Bhubaneswar during their courtship.
This video viral negates Dash’s family claim that it was a one-sided love affair. They had called her a ‘pyscho woman’ and suspected her involvement in his death, claiming that she used to threaten him
On Monday, Chinmayee had also lodged a complaint against Das’ wife Bidyashree, Bismit Das and others at the Khaira police station in Balasore for trying to defame her.

Meanwhile, Crime Branch, which is investigating his death, on Wednesday said that the statements of Bidyashree and three others recorded earlier had matched with the polygraph test questions.
The agency had conducted polygraph tests of Bidyashree, the wife of Dash and three his NGO members – Smruti Ranjan Sethy, Bikash Baral and Deepak Behera – in the last week of August at State Forensic Science Laboratory (SFSL).
Notably, Aditya was found dead near the train tracks at a railway station in Bhubaneswar on July 7. Since his death, speculation about whether he committed suicide or was murdered has been doing the rounds with his wife and close friends coming under the scanner of investigating teams.
