New Delhi: It’s early days, but ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ looks to be on course to set the cash registers ringing.
Since the film was released in theatres on July 28, the audience is lapping up the Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt-starrer.
The admirers include Ranveer’s better half and biggest cheerleader Deepika Padukone.
A day after Bollywood’s No. 1 real-life jodi went out to watch Karan Johar’s comeback film – his first directorial since ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ in 2016 — Ranveer on Sunday posted a cute video from inside the car, in which Deepika is seen grooving to her husband’s song ‘What Jhumka’.
As Ranveer sings along with ‘What Jhumka’, which is playing in the background, Deepika interrupts him and says, “I will do the step.”
Deepika then mimics Ranveer’s character of Rocky Randhawa and mouths a few dialogues.
Deepika is seen breaking into laughter midway and saying, “Nobody can do it like you do.”

Alia dropped heart emojis below the post, which has garnered 7.48 lakh ‘likes’ in just over five hours.
The film also stars Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, Jaya Bachchan and Preity Zinta among others.
