Why Didn’t Kajal Wish Shah Rukh Khan On His Birthday? Hear It From The Actress

Mumbai: Kajal and Shah Rukh Khan are one of Bollywood’s popular and most-loved couples. The duo delivered some stirring hits together, none more memorable than Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge.

They are known to be good friends as well. So why didn’t Kajal wish Shah Rukh, who celebrated his 56th birthday on November 2?

That was among the ‘interesting questions’ posed to Kajal during an Ask Me Anything (AMA) session conducted by the actress on Wednesday.

And since Kajal had written on Instagram that she would promise the “most interesting questions,” she replied to a fan who asked her about not wishing SRK.

“What more can I wish him? I think all his wishes came true when his son (Aryan Khan) came back home,” was Kajal’s answer, straight from the heart.

Aryan, who was arrested in the rave party drugs-on-cruise case last month, was granted bail by Bombay High Court last week after spending nearly a month in prison.

Shah Rukh broke a long-standing tradition this year as he didn’t come out to the balcony of his house ‘Mannat’ to greet his fans on his birthday.

Many of SRK’s celebrity friends and colleagues took to social media to wish him. They included Karan Johar, Salman Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Alia Bhatt, Madhuri Dixit, Juhi Chawla, but Kajal didn’t. Hence fans’ curiosity.

Kajol, who last featured in Renuka Shahane’s Tribhanga based on Odissi dancer, recently announced her next film — The Last Hurrah to be directed by veteran actress Revathy.
