Mysuru: A young scientist working at the Bhabha Atomic Research Institute (BARC) here has been missing for the last four days.
Police suspect that 24-year-old Assistant Scientific Officer Gulla Abhisheka Reddy — part of the Rare Materials Project — was allegedly suffering from depression and migraine, and left without informing anyone.
Reddy’s neighbour saw the scientist leaving his house on a two-wheeler on October 6. He had been staying alone since his parents’ death a couple of months ago.
