Bhubaneswar: In a ghastly incident, some unknown miscreants reportedly
stoned a youth to death in Bhubaneswar on Saturday night.
Nayapalli police rushed to the spot upon being informed by local
residents this morning of a body lying in a pool of blood at Salia
Sahi area, sealed the area from where scientific pieces of evidence were
collected. Later, a dog squad also reached the spot to assist the
police in the investigation process.

Though the exact reason behind the heinous crime was yet to be
ascertained, police and locals suspect that the youth has been
murdered over a past rivalry.
