8 COVID Warriors Among 122 New Cases In Cuttack City; 48 Contacts Of Previous Patients
Cuttack: The COVID-19 tally in the Millennium City rose to 1668 with an overnight addition of 122 new cases.
According to the Cuttack Municipal Corporation, 24 of these cases have been detected from Jalua Sahi and eight from Behera Sahi, which are under containment zone restrictions.

Five more cases have been reported from the isolation ward of SCB Medical College and Hospital here.

Eight among the total new cases are COVID warriors. While 16 cases have been reported from OSAP 6th Battalion, 10 are from Telenga Bazaar and seven from Machhua Bazaar ( all home quarantine cases).
The city has seen 31 new local contact cases.
The CMC has also tweeted about another 51 recoveries on August 7 and 8.
With 10 deaths and 814 recoveries, Cuttack city now has 844 active cases.
