Bhubaneswar: Maruti Suzuki has started a monthly subscription service called ‘Maruti Suzuki Subscribe’ that lets users lease cars, instead of buying it.
The service is currently available in 8 cities. The models on offer are WagonR, Ignis, Swift, Dzire, Vitara Brezza, Ertiga, Baleno, Ciaz and XL6.
The lease price starts at Rs 12,722 per month. The lowest cost is for WagonR LXi. The Ignis Sigma is available for Rs 13,772 in Delhi for a 48-month tenure.
The cars come with a white number plate and the subscription plan includes maintenance, insurance and 24×7 roadside assistance.
The service can be availed for 24, 36 or 48 months, after which the customer will have the option to extend, upgrade or buy the car at market price.
