Bhubaneswar: While Sangeeta Singhdeo is heading for a victory in Balangir Lok Sabha seat, her husband and BJP legislature party leader KV Singhdeo has lost the Patnagarh Assembly seat, which he had been serving for past five terms.
Severing its 25 years long relationship with the royal family, Patnagarh voted for BJD’s Saroj Kumar Meher, who won by over 10,000 votes.
