Bhubaneswar: Odisha educationist Dr Achyuta Samanta continues to be recognised globally for his tireless work in the fields of education, social transformation and humanitarian service.
The Founder of KIIT, KISS & KIMS was conferred with an honorary doctorate by Chaoyang University of Technology (CYUT), Taiwan, during its graduation ceremony on Saturday.
It marks the 68th doctorate awarded to Dr Samanta by universities around the world.
In its citation, CYUT lauded Dr Samanta for his extraordinary commitment to uplifting marginalised communities and for creating institutions that have become global benchmarks in inclusive education.
The university noted that his work has left an indelible impact on millions of lives worldwide.
Samanta delivered a congratulatory address to the graduating students, urging them to use their knowledge for the betterment of society.
