Bhubaneswar: Odisha Vigilance on Friday apprehended Additional Tehsildar of Binjharpur in Jajpur district for allegedly taking Rs 30,000 bribe from a land owner for favourable demarcation of his land.
The accused, identified as Pradipta Kumar Sethi, was caught while demanding and taking Rs 30,000/- bribe from the land owner. The entire tainted bribe money has been recovered from possession of the Additional Tehsildar, Vigilane said in a press release.

In this connection, a case has been registered against Sethi and investigation is in progress.
