Mumbai: Priyanka Chopra made a spiritual stop in Mumbai shortly after returning to the city with her daughter, Malti Marie.
The actress visited the iconic Siddhivinayak Temple to offer prayers and seek Lord Ganesha’s blessings. A video of her visit has now gone viral on social media platforms.
Dressed in a pink ethnic suit, Priyanka looked radiant as she stepped out of the temple.
The actress was seen smiling and waving at fans gathered outside, while also acknowledging the paparazzi before getting into her car.
Priyanka arrived in Mumbai a day after completing a shooting schedule for SS Rajamouli’s much-awaited film ‘Varanasi’ in Hyderabad.
She had earlier shared a glimpse of her journey to Mumbai, posting a picture of Malti looking out of the aircraft window at the city skyline.
“Seeing Mumbai thru her eyes hits different,” Priyanka wrote alongside the picture on her Instagram Story.
On the work front, Priyanka will next headline SS Rajamouli’s ‘Varanasi’, which also stars Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran. The film is slated to release in theatres on April 7, 2027.
The makers have maintained secrecy around the film’s plot. However, a reported synopsis has surfaced online, suggesting that the movie will revolve around time travel and an ambitious global adventure.
As per the synopsis doing the rounds, Mahesh Babu plays Rudhra, an archaeologist and explorer who is recruited for a mission involving an ancient cosmic artefact.
Priyanka reportedly portrays Mandakini, a historian and skilled marksman who joins him on the mission.
The duo’s journey allegedly takes them across Africa, Antarctica and Europe, while Prithviraj Sukumaran’s Kumbha serves as the antagonist.
Priyanka also has several international projects in the pipeline.
She will reportedly star alongside Oscar winner Russell Crowe in the sci-fi action thriller ‘Bluefly’, directed by Nimród Antal.
She is also set to feature in the survival thriller ‘Reset’, which co-stars Orlando Bloom.
