BPI Airport Asks People to Refrain From Lighting Rocket Firecrackers

Bhubaneswar: Authorities at the Biju Patnaik International Airport, Bhubaneswar, have urged the people to refrain from lighting rocket firecrackers during Diwali. In a notification on Monday, the airport authorities have urged the people not to light Akashdeep and rocket
firecrackers within 20 km radius of the airport as this would pose a
threat to the airport and passenger flights.
