Cuttack: Following detection of COVID-19 cases, the authorities of the SCB Medical College and Hospital here on Wednesday shut its Out Patient Department (OPD).
Two persons were found infected in the isolation ward of SCB in the last 24 hours.

Restrictions have been imposed on the entry of people to the hospital to prevent further spread of the deadly virus. Only vehicles carrying critical patients will be allowed, sources said.

The OPD of MKCG Medical College and Hospital in Berhampur has also been shut to contain the infection.
