Cyclone Gulab: PM Modi Calls Odisha CM, Assures All Possible Support
New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi called up Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Sunday afternoon to discuss the cyclone situation and assured all possible support from the Centre.
“Discussed the cyclone situation in parts of Odisha with CM @Naveen_Odisha Ji. The Centre assures all possible support in overcoming this adversity. Praying for the safety and well-being of everybody,” Modi tweeted.

The landfall process of Cyclone Gulab is expected to start around 6 pm and end by midnight, according to IMD director general Mrutyunjay Mohapatra.
The Prime Minister also spoke to Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan Reddy about Cyclone Gulab, which is likely to cross north Andhra-south Odisha coasts later on Sunday.
