Daily COVID-19 Count Drops Below 1500 In Odisha; Angul Leads With 141 Cases

Bhubaneswar: Odisha saw further fall in daily COVID-19 caseload with 1480 people testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.

With this, the affected tally in the state touched 2,82,695 on Monday.

According to I & PR department, the fresh infections have been reported from all 30 districts of the state. While 858 have been detected among those in quarantine, the remaining 622 are local contact cases.

The highest of 141 cases have been reported from Angul, followed 113 from Mayurbhanj, 110 from Khurda and 106 from Cuttack.
