Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will unfurl the tricolour at the state-level Independence Day in Bhubaneswar on August 15.
Apart from the Chief Minister, the following ministers will grace I-Day function at the district level.

Apart from this, collectors of Bargarh, Boudh, Deogarh, Ganjam, Jagatsinghpur, Jharsuguda, Nuapada and Sonepur will be the chief guests in their respective districts.
