Mumbai: After Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Dharmendra and Esha Deol, tinsel town is abuzz with talk of Bollywood’s ‘Dream Girl’ Hema Malini also planning a comeback to films.
During an interview with Instant Bollywood, Hema said, “Aajkal jo picture banate hain usme main fit nahi hoti hoon! Mera fit hone jaisa banana padega… alag se (The kind of films that are made today, I don’t see myself fit to star in them. They need to make films in a different way so that I can fit in them).”
Esha, who was with her mother, said, “Convinced to hein lekin (She is convinced but) I think she wants something that resonates with her.”

Hema Malini was last seen in the 2020 film ‘Shimla Mirchi.’
Since is currently focusing on her political career. She is a three-time Lok Sabha MP from Mathura, representing the BJP.
Hema made her Bollywood debut with ‘Sapno Ka Saudagar’, opposite Raj Kapoor in 1968.
During the 1970s and 1980s, Hema starred in several blockbuster films including ‘Seeta Aur Geeta’, ‘Sholay’, ‘Dream Girl’, ‘Satte Pe Satta,’ and ‘Baghban’.
After a long hiatus, Sunny made his comeback with ‘Gadar 2’ in 2023. The same year, Dharmendra starred in ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.’
In 2023, Bobby made his comeback with ‘Animal.’
Earlier this year, Esha returned to the silver screen with ‘Tumko Meri Kasam’.
