Know The Only Change In Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik’s Immovable Assets Since 2000

Bhubaneswar: Though Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is the richest among the Odisha Ministers with assets worth Rs Rs 64.97 crore, there has been no change in terms of his immovable properties since 2000 except that 3 Aurangzeb Road is now known as 3 APJ Abdul Kalam Road.

Naveen’s immovable assets include two-thirds share in ‘Naveen Niwas’ worth Rs 9,52,46,190 (approximately) and 50% share in property situated at 3, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Road in Lutyen’s Delhi worth Rs 43,36,18,000 (approximately), according to to the Property List of Odisha Ministers for 2021. He inherited both properties from his mother.

His moveable assets include bank accounts in New Delhi, Bhubaneswar, Hinjlicut and Bargarh, jewellery and a car amounting to Rs 12,09,25,031. He had a bank balance of Rs 94.41 lakh as on December 31, 2021.

He has bank accounts in SBI’s Janpath, New Delhi branch, Parliament House branch, Bhubaneswar branch and three joint accounts (two in Hinjilicut College Campus branch, Ganjam and one in Padampur branch, Bargarh for general elections purposes). He has deposits of Rs 72 lakh at SBI’s New Delhi branch and Rs 21.71 lakh at the Bhubaneswar branch.

Naveen owns gold ornaments worth Rs 3.45 lakh and the old Ambassador Car is worth Rs 6,434 at current value.

Last year, his total assets stood at Rs 64,98,197.63, including movable property worth Rs 13,404,503.1 and immovable inherited properties valued at Rs 63,64,07,261.
