Lightning Kills Two At Tangi

Tangi: Two persons died and three were critically injured in lightning strikes here on Sunday.

The deceased have been identified as Chitu Rout of Tangi and Tushar Palai of Jharia village in Khurda district.

According to sources, they were hit by lighting while working in a farmland this afternoon. While Rout and Palia did on the spot, the injured were rushed to Tangi and Bhubaneswar for treatment.
