Odia Music Video ‘Syaahi’ A Lyrical Fusion Of Conflicting Emotions

Bhubaneswar: With freedom of expression as its deep buried emotion, ‘Syaahi’, an Odia music video released earlier this week gives out a poetic message to unleash one’s desire, pain and anguish to strengthen oneself.
Sung by young artist Gaurav Anand and popular singer Aseema Panda, this song is a saga of love that engulfs a listener in its madness.
Conceptualized by Rajesh Ranjan, this music video is a fusion of rock music and Indian classical. Producer Rajesh says that Syaahi caters to the niche audience who crave for good music along with poetic content.
“If music is the appearance of a song, then lyrics are the character and we have tried to blend both the elements in Syaahi. It was intriguing to compose this song as the lyrics of Syaahi are pretty unusual – a combination of the darkest desire and pure love,” he said.
The lyrics have been penned by J.P. Wordsmith and Gaurav Anand not only rendered his voice but also composed the song. The music video has been made under the banner of ‘Rajesh Ranjan Films’ and has seen released on ‘V Tunes Pro’ YouTube channel.”It definitely feels great to be a part of this, especially because the song is incredible,” said Gaurav as this is his third album. His first two albums are ‘Nirabata’, produced by ‘Amara Muzik Odia’ and ‘Tu Reshami Suta’.

“I have a few more music videos coming up very soon. Nirabata received a lot of love and garnered about 33k views, which is a lot for a newbie like me,” he said.
