Rayagada: Nine child labourers were rescued by child line officials and police from Rayagada railway station on Saturday evening.
The children were being sent out of station for work. All are natives of Rayagada and Muniguda blocks, sources said.
On July 4, five minors were rescued by the government railway police (GRP) from Rayagada station. The children, hailing from Thuamul-Rampur block in Kandhamal district, were reportedly being trafficked to Chennai.
