Bhubaneswar: Swasti Singh’s consistently fine performances has been acknowledged by the Cycling Federation of India.
The Odisha cyclist has been named the Best Cyclist of the Year 2025, in both Track and Road disciplines.
The 25-year-old Swasti won three gold and two silver medals to be crowned best cyclist among women in the 77th Senior National Track Cycling Championships held in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, in end-December.
A few weeks before that, Swasti claimed two silver medals in the 30th National Road Cycling championship in her home state (Sambalpur).
In August 2025, Swasti set a national record in Women’s Elite 4 km Individual pursuit at the National Selection trials in Delhi.
In February 2025, Swasti bagged a gold with Games record, 2 silver and 2 bronze medals in the National Games held in Uttarakhand.
