Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will preside over a meeting of the Council of Ministers at Lok Seva Bhawan here on Friday.
Official sources said that the meeting will approve the first supplementary statement of expenditure for the 2019-20 fiscal year which will be presented in the State Assembly on the first day of the winter session, beginning November 13.
