Bhubaneswar: The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha, will announce the results of the annual Plus II examinations for 2026 on May 20, School and Mass Education Minister Nityananda Gond said on Monday.
“The results of Arts, Science, Commerce, and Vocational streams will be published simultaneously between 12.30 pm and 1 pm. Preparations for the same have been completed and arrangements have been made to ensure that students can easily access the results on CHSE official websites and other designated portals such as orissaresults.nic.in,” he told reporters.
This comes after earlier indications from the minister that the results would be out in the third week of May.
Responding to queries on bilingual certificates (Odia and English) for candidates, similar to the approach adopted for Matric results, Gond said that he would be able to make a statement on it after holding discussions with CHSE officials.
Around 4.01 lakh students registered for the examinations this year. The stream-wise breakup included around 2.56 lakh in Arts, 1.15 lakh in Science, about 24,600 in Commerce, and nearly 6,000 in Vocational courses. The exams were held from February 18 to March 26, across more than 1,300 centres.
Students have been advised to keep their roll numbers and registration details ready and regularly check official websites for the exact time of result availability and further instructions regarding mark sheets and re-evaluation, if any.
