Mumbai: Raj Kundra was finally granted bail on Monday.
A local court here granted bail to the businessman and the IT head of his company Ryan Thorpe on a surety of ₹50,000.

Kundra, who is actress Shilpa Shetty’s husband, was arrested by crime branch of Mumbai Police on July 19 in connection with a pornographic films case. A chargesheet was filed against Kundra last week for his alleged involvement in a porn film racket.
Kundra, who had been denied bail earlier, filed another application on Saturday stating that he was being made a scapegoat as there was no evidence against him of creating pornographic content and publishing them through some apps.
