Cuttack: A thunderstorm followed by heavy rain lashed the twin-cities on Tuesday afternoon.
The storm started around 12 noon and left parts of Cuttack powerless and inundated. Trees were uprooted along the Ring Road with wind speeds estimated to have reached over 60 kmph.
