Nabarangpur: A youth of Nabarangpur was arrested for spreading rumours and creating panic over the coronavirus infection on social media.
According to reports, Mithun Haldar of Bhasandi village under Raighar block had posted a message on the outbreak of coronavirus in his locality on social media.
As panic gripped the village, the Raighar police began an investigation and found the message to be fake. Police later registered a case and arrested the youth.
