Rourkela: The outlawed CPI-Maoist outfit has urged the people to join the week-long Foundation Day celebration beginning September 21.
The Left-wing ultras have informed the people by putting up posters in all trains running under Chakdradharpur Railway Division.
In the posters, they have urged the people in rural areas to celebrate the foundation day with full vigour.
