Kataka: Fresh allegation of ragging has surfaced at Ravenshaw University in Odisha’s Kataka city after a second-year undergraduate student accused some seniors of subjecting him to mental and physical harassment.
The complainant, a second-year Plus III student and resident of Jagannath Hostel, alleged that some third-year students of the same hostel harassed him following a disagreement over an online mobile game.
