Bhubaneswar: People of Odisha can expect some respite from the sweltering heat from Wednesday as per the forecast by the local Met office here.

According to Dr Sarat Chandra Sahu, Director, India Meteorological Department (IMD), Bhubaneswar, there will be a marginal fall in the temperature from Wednesday till May 12. It will further decrease in most parts of the state from May 14. In western Odisha, the temperature will hover around 40 degree Celsius and below during this period, he added.
